Es la **licencia más estricta y restrictiva** de todas. Tiene como lema **“todos los derechos reservados”**. El autor conserva todos los derechos y no puede ser utilizada su obra ni total ni parcialmente sin previa autorización por su parte.

**Se puede usar sin autorización del autor únicamente con fines educativos**, en el marco del aula donde se imparte el contenido protegido.

> Dentro de este tipo de licencia, encontramos dos vertientes de derechos:
> 
> - **Derecho patrimonial:** los derechos se pueden ceder y prescribir a cambio de dinero o reconocimiento (reproducción, distribución, comunicación…)
> - **Derecho moral**: los derechos no se pueden ceder ni prescribir.
